Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pretty great, except for a few things. The room, although on a corner, was smaller and noisier compared to previous stays. The service was a delight overall, but I had to get that smoke alarm properly handled due to the lack of professionalism by the counter staff. The location was excellent, being close to Dickson Street. The dining experience was just a brunch based on a menu. Overall, a good stay with a few minor issues.
The hotel's location is wonderfully nestled on UARK's campus adjacent to Old Main, offering convenience for campus visits and easy access to Dickson Street for dining. The service is super friendly and helpful, mirroring Southern hospitality from Louisiana. The rooms, though a little small upon entering, lacked cleanliness. The dining experience was amazing with brunch highlighted by yummy Pork Belly. Facilities were great, reflecting skillful design and attention to detail.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though a little small, served well for my business-pleasure trip. The view of the air conditioner units wasn't ideal, and the lack of insulation made it hard to control the room temperature effectively. However, the location on the UARK's campus was wonderful, and the service, despite a hiccup with my reservation, was ultimately friendly and attentive.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they could use a bit of an update with the furniture and carpet. The high ceiling helped me regulate the room temperature effectively without relying too much on the main unit at night. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff and a touch of old-world charm and southern grace. The location was superb, nestled on UARK's campus near Old Main and just a stone's throw away from the entertainment district. Although there were minor issues, it's a great spot for exploring Razorback Country and downtown.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Dickson and Block streets, and the ability to walk to dinner on Dickson Street was a real plus. However, the room I was given felt cramped and noisy, and the thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own.
The hotel is nestled conveniently on UARK's campus, close to everything, making it a perfect location for our stay. The rooms, although given for the Executive King price, were a disappointment, but the great bed made up for it. The service was outstanding, with the friendly staff always on their game. The dining experience, based on a menu, was AMAZING, and the homemade Belgian waffles were a delightful treat.
